Step 1: 了解需求

与我们的顾问沟通，确认您想要的品种、性别、体型、性格特征等。我们将根据您的喜好推荐最匹配的小狗。

Step 2: 精选匹配

您可亲自到犬舍挑选或从我们的优质犬舍或即将到的名单中挑选，提供狗狗照片、视频、性别、已接种疫苗针数等信息，供您审核确认。

Step 3: 签署协议 & 付款定金

确认后签署购犬协议并支付定金（支持现金、转账、FPX 或支付宝等）。我们将为您保留宠物并启动交付准备流程。

Step 4: 接犬仪式 & 完款交接

狗狗抵达后，我们将安排温馨的接犬仪式，把狗狗的疫苗本给您检查 。现货的狗狗完成尾款后即可将宝贝带回家！

Cup of Pups Exclusive Puppy Purchase Process

Step 1: Consultation

We begin with a friendly consultation so we can understand your needs. You’ll talk with one of our experienced pet advisors about the breed, gender, size, and personality traits you’re looking for in a puppy. With this information, we’ll recommend the puppy that best matches your preferences and lifestyle.

Step 2: Selection & Matching

You are welcome to visit our high-quality kennel to meet the puppies in person, or browse our curated list of available and upcoming puppies. We provide detailed information for each puppy — including photos, videos, gender, and vaccination records — so you can review everything and make your choice with confidence.

Step 3: Booking & Agreement

Once you’ve decided on your puppy, you’ll finalize the details by signing the purchase agreement and paying a deposit (we accept cash, bank transfer, FPX, Alipay, and other payment methods). We will then reserve your puppy exclusively for you and begin preparing everything for delivery or pickup.

Step 4: Pickup

During this visit, we’ll provide the puppy’s vaccination records for your review and peace of mind. Once you complete the final payment, your new furry family member will be all set to go home with you！
